Pole Routine Class

This class is suitable for everyone with basic Pole Skills, if you love dancing and want to learn some fantastic fun pole routines ranging from contemporary, pop, rock etc. Then this is the class for you. Each class lasts 1 hour and includes a warm up and cool down. £8 per class.

Circus Skills

This is an incredible 2 hour session of learning some of the most amazing skills and tricks you never thought you'd have the chance to try.  If you ever dreamed of running away with the circus or just getting a chance to try it all out then this is the class for you. Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Acro all combined in one class.

Acrobalance

Acro-balance is an acrobatic art that combines elements of two other arts: adagio and hand balancing. A performer on the ground doing the lifting and supporting in an acro-balance formation is often called the base, while a performer being lifted or tossed is referred to as the flyer. Partner acrobatics formations include male/female duo, female/female duo, trio, and other variations. Classes are £8 and last 1 hour.

Stretch & Flex

Flexibility training (stretching) is not about becoming a world class gymnast--it's about balancing the muscle groups you use or overuse during exercise and other activities, or from bad posture. Not only does stretching decrease muscle soreness and increase performance, it helps relax the body. This Class is 45 minutes and suitable for ALL. £5 per class.
